I decided to make this post after reading some pretty insane comparisons from animal activists. They seem to equate the slavery of african americans with the suffering of animals. I’ve never heard such bullshit in my entire life. I’m pretty sure my ancestors were not cut up and served with ketchup.  That is my first thought. My 2nd thought is slavery didn’t just exist in America. If these nutjobs truly believe there is a comparison between slavery and animal rights, they may want to learn about the world’s history first. I was beyond offended and outraged when I heard this. I am all for freedom of speech, but for fucks sakes when you get the spotlight use it to be remembered for saying something intelligent.

I’m not trying to debate the value of human life versus animal life, because to me all life has value. But when you try to compare apples to okra, that argument has no value. I’ll take this a step further and say if you were not around from a time of slavery (not just here in America but living anywhere it existed), how in the fuck would you know how life was? All you know is what your 8th grade history teacher taught you about the world. And the people with their hands out asking for reparations, fuck all of you. You also did not directly suffer from any form of “slavery”.  Your great great..even great great may deserve compensation, but not you. Am I the only one that thinks this way.

Peta and other so called animal activists need to learn a new tune that doesn’t involve race.  Especially if they want to appeal to all people to join their bandwagon.
